WE’RE BACK!

WE’RE BACK!

It is with pure excitement that we announce that our coaches and players took the field for practice Monday and Tuesday afternoon; the first time in 3 months! 

Players reported for practice this past Monday and Tuesday afternoon, and were welcomed by teammates and their coach, as well as some beautiful California weather!  Reports from the fields is that the new safety protocols are also welcomed and appreciated.  

It took just a few minutes for the players to adapt to their new “grid” playing; their laughs, smiles, amd sweat confirming that playing in a socially distant grid is way better than not playing at all!

Several coaches have shared positive feedback from their team’s parents, thanking them and our club for providing a safe environment for their player to return to playing the sport they have missed so much!  “Thanks coach, the boys were smiling and happy” and “A was so happy to see you (coach) and her teammates again!” are just a couple of the texts received.

All of us at LFCIA SoCal could not be happier to be back on the pitch!  Thank you all for your patience and continued support as we navigate these unprecedented times together!
